"Colonia Assoluta is a modern interpretation of Acqua di Parma’s classic citrus-centered cologne style. The original fragrance debuted in 2003 and was created by Jean-Claude Ellena and Bertrand Duchaufour. Its character combines radiant sweet and bitter citrus with aromatic verbena, peppery spices, florals, vetiver, and dry woods. Oakmoss, musk, amber, and patchouli give the composition a more textured and grounded finish than a simple traditional cologne.
