"Colonia Leather is a darker interpretation of Acqua di Parma’s classic citrus style. It opens with bright Brazilian orange, raspberry, and Sicilian lemon, giving the composition a lively and polished introduction. The heart adds rose, petitgrain, red thyme, and honeysuckle, creating an aromatic floral bridge. Leather becomes the central theme in the drydown, supported by guaiac wood and Atlas cedar. The overall character combines luminous Italian citrus with smoky, woody, and subtly animalic leather facets. It presents a masculine and elegant profile that contrasts the freshness of Colonia with a richer, more textured base."
