Perfumers
"Killing Me Slowly is a fruity-floral Eau de Parfum built around the contrast between tart dark fruit and soft cosmetic florals. Its opening combines blackcurrant, lychee, aldehydic brightness, and buchu for a juicy yet sharp first impression. The heart softens into rose, heliotrope, and hawthorn, giving the composition a delicate floral and almond-like character. Iris and vanilla create a powdery, creamy, and gently sweet foundation. The fragrance is intentionally distinctive rather than conventionally smooth, as the green sharpness of blackcurrant bud and buchu can feel medicinal or animalic to some wearers. Released for Valentine’s Day in 2014, it was associated with The Art of Love collection and initially had a limited Russian-market presence."
