Tralala (EDP)

"Tralala is an opulent and eccentric Eau de Parfum created by Bertrand Duchaufour in collaboration with the fashion duo Meadham Kirchhoff. Its character is built around a dramatic contrast between boozy whiskey, sharp aldehydes, saffron, powdery florals, leather, and dark resins. The heart has an antique cosmetic quality, with carnation, orris, tuberose, incense, and ylang ylang creating a dense, theatrical floral effect. As it develops, myrrh, opoponax, patchouli, vetiver, cedarwood, musk, and vanilla produce a smoky, balsamic, and sweetly textured drydown. The fragrance is bold and polarizing rather than conventionally delicate, with a baroque, nostalgic, and playfully decadent personality.
