"Shahi is a richly composed women's fragrance with an oriental-floral and spicy-chypre character. It opens with bright bergamot, orange blossom, and aldehydic lift before developing into a substantial floral heart. Ylang-ylang, mimosa, carnation, coriander, and olibanum give the middle phase an exotic, spicy, and faintly resinous profile. The drydown is darker and more animalic, combining labdanum, balsamic tones, synthetic civet, ambergris, and musk. Compared with the lighter Shahi Eau de Cologne, the Parfum concentration is the denser and more opulent interpretation. Its overall style is vintage, dramatic, warm, and distinctly more complex than a conventional fresh cologne."
