"Foglie di Basilico is a fresh, green-spicy fragrance built around the vivid character of basil. Bergamot provides a bright citrus opening, while basil forms the transparent aromatic heart. Sage anchors the composition with a dry, herbal finish. Its style is direct and naturalistic rather than dense or heavily layered, evoking freshly cut garden herbs and a crisp Mediterranean atmosphere. The fragrance is an early Blu Mediterraneo creation from 1999 and is now regarded as a discontinued release. Its light construction makes it especially suited to warm-weather daytime wear, although its performance is generally considered brief."
