"Initial is a feminine floral-fruity Eau de Parfum launched by Boucheron in 2000. Its opening combines pepper, cassis, red currant leaf, and mandarin orange for a sparkling, fresh-spicy introduction. The heart develops into a refined floral composition centered on rose, jasmine, patchouli, and wildflowers. In the drydown, honey and almond create a soft gourmand warmth, rounded by musk. The overall character is elegant, sensual, and warmly feminine rather than aggressively powerful. Initial is regarded as a discontinued Boucheron fragrance with a distinctive floral, fruity, and honeyed signature."
