"1872 for Women is a bright citrus-floral fragrance introduced in 2001 as part of Clive Christian's Original Collection. Its opening combines sparkling bergamot and lemon with fruity touches of blueberry, pineapple, and aromatic rosemary. The heart develops into a polished floral bouquet built around freesia, jasmine, orchid, rose, and violet. A soft woody-musky drydown adds sandalwood, cedar, guaiac wood, oak moss, patchouli, and musk. The overall character is elegant, clean, refined, and suitable for regular daytime wear. It presents a more luminous and airy interpretation of Clive Christian's otherwise richly luxurious style."
