"Dior Addict Eau de Parfum was introduced in 2002 as a rich, sensual feminine fragrance. Its original composition contrasts a green-fruity opening with a lush floral heart and a creamy vanilla-tonka base. Vanilla is the central signature, giving the fragrance its warm, sweet, and enveloping character. Jasmine, orange blossom, and night-blooming cereus add luminosity and dramatic floral depth. Sandalwood reinforces the smooth, polished drydown, while blackberry and mandarin leaf provide an initially brighter contrast. The fragrance has since been reworked, with later Dior presentations emphasizing mandarin leaf, Tunisian orange blossom, jasmine sambac, and Bourbon vanilla."
