"Cuir Ylang is a dark, textural leather fragrance built around the contrast between smoky rawness and lush floral radiance. Ylang-ylang and Turkish rose give the composition a creamy, solar floral character, while birch, smoke, and castoreum create a distinctly animalic leather effect. Amber adds warmth and smoothness through the heart and drydown. Cedar, papyrus, and ash bring dry woody and mineral nuances that keep the composition from becoming overly sweet.
