"Via Lanvin is a classic women's parfum built around a green, aldehydic chypre character. Its opening combines crisp green facets, citrus, violet, and aldehydic brightness. The heart is a dense floral arrangement with carnation, jasmine, orris, lily of the valley, narcissus, and ylang-ylang. Oakmoss, vetiver, cedarwood, musk, sandalwood, and amber create a deep, dry, and softly warm foundation. The overall style is powdery, mossy, floral, and distinctly vintage, with a more concentrated and substantial character than a modern light floral.
