Lumière Noire Femme (EDP)

"Lumière Noire Femme is an early Maison Francis Kurkdjian composition built around the tension between luminous floral materials and darker, earthier facets. Bulgarian rose and narcissus provide a velvety, narcotic floral center rather than a conventionally clean bouquet. Indonesian patchouli gives the fragrance a dry, shadowed foundation with a distinctly chypre-like character. Pimento, pepper, and cumin add warmth, spice, and an animalic physicality. The result is elegant, sophisticated, and seductive, with a dramatic contrast between brightness and darkness. It is regarded as an important early creation in the house and is now sought after as a discontinued fragrance."
