"Intrusion is a feminine floral fragrance launched in 2002 by Oscar de la Renta. Its character opens with a bright, sparkling blend of grapefruit, bergamot, neroli, mandarin, and star anise. The heart develops into a lush white-floral bouquet centered on lily, water jasmine, peony, and gardenia. Musk, patchouli, and amber create a soft, warm, gently earthy drydown. The overall effect is fresh, elegant, romantic, and subtly sensual rather than heavily dramatic. Intrusion balances citrus freshness with floral richness and a smooth ambery finish."
