Lippizan (EDT)

"Lippizan is a traditionally masculine fragrance built around a sharp aromatic opening, a dry green-woody heart, and a mossy leather base. Its structure combines clary sage, thyme, tarragon, citrus, and cardamom with galbanum, vetiver, cedar, iris, rose, jasmine, and patchouli. Oak moss, leather, musk, amber, and vanilla give the drydown a darker, earthier character. The overall impression is formal, aristocratic, and distinctly old-school, with a barbershop-like herbal edge. It belongs to the earlier phase of Parfums de Marly's output and is notably more classic and austere than many of the house's later releases. Lippizan is now regarded as a collectible discontinued entry in the brand's masculine catalog."
