Monsieur Balmain (EDT)

"Monsieur Balmain is a classic masculine eau de toilette introduced in 1964. Its character is built around a bright citrus and aromatic opening, with lemon, bergamot, basil, and lavender creating a brisk first impression. The heart adds green lemongrass, spicy ginger, carnation, cyclamen, and jasmine. A darker base of cedar, leather, musk, oakmoss, and patchouli gives the composition depth and a distinctly old-school woody character. The overall style is fresh, refined, spicy, and mossy rather than sweet or gourmand. A later reformulated and relaunched version appeared in 1990, while the original 1964 composition is regarded as discontinued."
