"Sensuous Noir is a darker, richer interpretation of Estēe Lauder's Sensuous fragrance character. It combines spicy opening notes with rose and jasmine, creating a floral introduction with immediate warmth and intensity. Pine, patchouli, guaiac wood, and lily form a woody-floral heart with earthy and resinous depth. The drydown is built around amber, benzoin, vanilla, and honey, giving the composition a sweet balsamic finish. Its overall character is ambered, woody, floral, and spicy rather than bright or fresh. Sensuous Noir was introduced as the next installment in the Sensuous fragrance line in September 2010.
The fragrance was offered in 30 ml and 50 ml sizes at launch, with later listings also describing a 100 ml size.
