"Leather Oud is a unisex eau de parfum by Floris launched in 2014 as part of the brand’s modern oud-focused offerings. Its fragrance profile centers on the contrast between supple new leather and smoky oud, lifted at the top by bergamot for a brighter, fresher opening. The heart builds with geranium, carnation, patchouli, and oud, creating an aromatic-spicy floral bridge into the darker woods. In the drydown, amber, vetiver, woody notes, and lingering oud give the scent a deep, warm, resinous-leathery finish. Floris describes the inspiration as the scent of fragrance oils arriving in small leather cases, where the leather aroma mingled with precious essences.
