"Terre d'Hermès Parfum is the pure parfum interpretation of the Terre d'Hermès idea, released in 2009 as a denser, warmer counterpart to the original 2006 Eau de Toilette. Created by Jean-Claude Ellena, it keeps the line’s signature mineral-citrus-woody identity while emphasizing cedar richness and a smoother, more enveloping structure. Hermès officially describes it as a warm, woody fragrance combining cedar, sparkling grapefruit, and shiso. Compared with the EDT, it is generally perceived as less airy, less sparkling, and more grounded in woody depth. Its character is elegant, dry, refined, and subtly resinous rather than loud or overly sweet. Within modern designer perfumery, it is widely regarded as one of the strongest expressions of the Terre d'Hermès DNA."
