"Dark Amber & Ginger Lily is a dark, spicy, woody-amber fragrance launched in 2008. Its opening combines ginger, black cardamom, and pink pepper for a vivid aromatic spice effect. A floral heart of water lily, orchid, jasmine, and rose softens the composition without making it light or delicate. The drydown is built around sandalwood, black amber, kyara incense, patchouli, and leather. Incense gives the fragrance its distinctive smoky and meditative character, while amber and woods provide warmth and depth. It is a more serious, elegant, and evening-oriented expression of the Jo Malone style."
