"Criminal of Love is a dark, spicy rose fragrance with a distinctly unisex character and a slightly masculine-leaning profile. Its opening combines cardamom and saffron, creating a warm, dry spice effect around the floral core. Turkish rose gives the heart a lush, jammy quality, while papyrus and atlas cedar add austere, papery, and woody facets. The drydown becomes darker through tobacco, patchouli, incense, and immortelle, producing an earthy, smoky, resinous effect. The composition balances sensual floral richness with dry woods and tobacco rather than becoming conventionally sweet. It was introduced in 2014 as a limited Russian-market release for Valentine's Day and became a sought-after collector's fragrance after leaving production."
