"2. Nawab of Oudh is a rich unisex amber fragrance built around the contrast between fresh green citrus facets and a deep, softly animalic oud base. Its opening combines green notes, bergamot, orange, cardamom, and aldehydic brightness for an unexpectedly lifted start. The heart develops into a highly blended floral-spicy accord featuring rose, magnolia, orchid, pimento, bay leaf, cinnamon, and hedione. Ambergris, musk, vetiver, labdanum, and oud form a warm, textured drydown with both resinous depth and woody softness. Rather than presenting the oud as harsh or medicinal, the composition uses it as a smooth edge beneath the amber and rose.
