Levantium (EDP)

"Levantium is a rich, opulent fragrance built around saffron, spices, woods, resins, and oud. Its opening combines saffron, vermouth, davana, and bergamot for a spicy, aromatic introduction. The heart brings together cardamom, clove, rose, jasmine, peach, violet, and ylang-ylang, adding floral and softly fruity dimensions. Oud, amber, myrrh, sandalwood, cedar, guaiac wood, maltol, patchouli, vanilla, and musk shape the deep, resinous drydown. The overall effect is woody, spicy, balsamic, and oud-centered rather than overtly rose-dominant. Levantium was created by Christian de Provenzano and is now regarded as a discontinued Penhaligon's release."
