Renaissance (EDP)

"Renaissance EDP is a bright citrus-aromatic niche fragrance from Xerjoff’s 1861 collection, first released in 2011. It opened life as a scent simply called “1861” and was later rebranded as XJ 1861 Renaissance, while preserving its recognizable identity. The fragrance is built around vivid Italian citrus, especially lemon, mandarin, bergamot, and petitgrain, with mint adding brisk aromatic lift. Floral touches of rose and lily of the valley soften the composition and prevent it from feeling merely cologne-like. In the drydown, musk, cedarwood, amber, and patchouli give it more structure and persistence than many fresh citrus scents. Its overall DNA is elegant, sparkling, polished, and distinctly Mediterranean in mood."
